The above dates have been chosen to give a phase of the Moon at its optimum for first time observers, therefore giving our visitors a very good image of our nearest neighbors’ surface with all its craters and mountains

We can accommodate 20 people each evening

There is a charge of £3.50 per person
However, if you feel that our presentation has met a little more than your expectations, a donation would be greatly appreciated.
It has surprised our visitors in the past to learn that we operate only on subscriptions from our membership.
We are a non-profit making organisation and all income is spent for the benefit of the society to further its aims.
We are constantly upgrading our instruments and promoting the knowledge of astronomy throughout the area.
